In mid June my builder friend and I picked up my tiny house trailer in Colorado (where it was manufactured) and drove it to Iowa (where the home will be built). Howell Machine and Engineering and Tiny Home Builders were both great about answering our questions, relieving our concerns and helping us get on the road.
Travelling with the trailer took a little getting used to, but was mercifully uneventful (unless you want to count that scary bit, 40 miles from home, when we wondered if we'd make it to the next gas station....)
